Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical related field with 4 years of relevant experience OR 6 years in the material handling industry.
• Experience evaluating vendor performance and ensuring contract compliance.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets with variance analysis and expense reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance and ensuring contractual obligations.
• Oversee contract administration and adherence to organizational protocols.
• Coordinate procurement with suppliers and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Develop and manage budgets, analyze variances, and prepare expense reports.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying safety hazards and implementing SOPs.
• Use data analysis to improve equipment reliability and service quality.
• Lead change initiatives and crisis response planning to maintain service continuity.
