Qualifikationen

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in merchandising, sourcing, planning, finance, or related area.

• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, conducting performance reviews and resolving issues to ensure supply continuity.
• Lead and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing team environment with clear performance expectations and development opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating sourcing effectiveness and implementing process enhancements aligned with company growth.
