MetLife's Global Business Solutions (GBS) invites a Regional Vendor Management Governance Advisor to support Vendor Managers and Engagement Managers in applying enterprise governance standards and practices. The Vendor Management Governance Advisor serves as a regional governance partner responsible for supporting Vendor Managers and Engagement Managers in executing enterprise vendor management standards and governance requirements.
This role acts as a trusted advisor and governance resource, helping stakeholders understand and apply vendor management policies, standards, reporting expectations, governance requirements, and operating procedures. The position supports governance consistency, program effectiveness, stakeholder enablement, and adoption of enterprise vendor management practices across assigned regions and business areas.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
