Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management and data governance activities.
• Proficiency with Excel, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (Ariba/Beeline) and data platforms (CMDB) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage roadmap to takeover LOB contracts, and related data management and processes (contracting, approvals, on-boarding, invoicing, and related reporting).
• Support day-to-day stakeholder and vendor relationships with governance controls, including analysis and reporting.
• Support data integrity within Central Management Data Base (CMDB) and analytics/reporting from this data.
• Assist Purchase Orders and invoice processing, including validation and tracking (Ariba/Beeline).
• Ensure CIB Tech achieves optimal commercial and quality delivery from vendors.
• Foster continuous process improvement and governance across vendor management.
