Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Independently build and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports to track key business drivers and performance trends.
• Work with large, complex datasets: source, cleanse, validate, and transform data into analysis‑ready foundations.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and root causes with clear recommendations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reporting packages and presentations communicating strategy and performance.
• Create mock‑ups for management presentations and dashboards to accelerate decision‑making.
• Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, and project teams.
• Respond to executive ad‑hoc requests across project management and business analysis.
• Leverage Excel and Alteryx to organize, cleanse, and analyze datasets at scale for concise insights.
• Self‑direct problem solving, align stakeholders, and drive execution with timely communication.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and improve processes with global teams.
• Contribute to investment planning, budgeting, and OKRs for SMB portfolio.
