JPMorganChase seeks a Vendor Management Strategy Senior Associate to support end-to-end vendor management and third-party governance across a diverse supplier portfolio. You will partner with stakeholders, control partners, sourcing teams, and suppliers to drive operational execution, portfolio reporting, and landscape optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in vendor management, governance, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and manage third-party activities.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding, engagement lifecycle management, and governance execution across assigned vendors.
• Coordinate contract intake, renewals, and stakeholder inputs for timely vendor decisions.
• Manage invoice processing workflows and track payment status for operational accuracy.
• Monitor vendor governance requirements and flag gaps to partners.
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and portfolio reporting for actionable insights.
• Synthesize inputs from stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Escalate issues with clear context and recommended next steps for decisions.
• Partner with sourcing, legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations on reviews.
• Drive execution of strategic supplier initiatives with organized planning and follow-through.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to teams and senior leaders.
