Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team in Plymouth, MN. You will manage procurement requests from RFP to contract award and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to finalize contracts and agreements.

The role requires 3-5 years of procurement experience, familiarity with MSAs and SOWs, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement experience; prior experience drafting and awarding contracts relating to vendor management.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of contract management repository platforms and financial accounting systems.
• Ability to work happily in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requisition requests from RFP to contract award.
• Understand and draft MSAs, SOWs, exhibits and addendums.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on vendor contracts by reviewing details.
