Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, application configuration, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on QuickBase experience is mandatory.
• Experience designing and configuring QuickBase tables and relationships.
• Forms and fields, roles and permissions, reports and dashboards, automations and workflows.
• Hands-on Power BI experience and data modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a new QuickBase application for the complete vendor lifecycle.
• Configure tables, relationships, forms, fields, roles, permissions, reports, views, and dashboards.
• Develop the Vendor Profile as the central record for lifecycle management.
• Create workflows, automations, and status triggers.
• Migrate/clean data from ~800 vendors and validate migrations.
