Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Informatics Manager – QuickBase Developer to lead complex reporting projects within the Aetna Medical Economics Unit. You will own QuickBase application development, clinical performance logic, and reporting outputs to support guaranteed performance metrics.

The role requires advanced SQL, data modeling, and cloud data experience, with collaboration across Underwriting and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in care programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics with advanced SQL development, data modeling, and data transformation experience.
• 4+ years of experience working within cloud data ecosystems, including GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• 4+ years of experience querying, analyzing, and transforming data using BigQuery or other enterprise cloud data warehouse platforms
• 3+ years of QuickBase development experience or experience with similar software applications
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross‑functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QuickBase applications
• Develop and maintain clinical performance report logic/code and report production
• Compile detailed reporting requirements, understand clinical programs and workflows as well as data sources.
• Track progress against performance targets.
• Collaboration with Underwriting and Business Stakeholders.
