Job summary

Whiz Global LLC is seeking a hands-on QuickBase professional with strong Power BI and data reporting experience to support the development of a new vendor lifecycle management platform. The role focuses on QuickBase application design and development, Power BI dashboards, data migration and cleansing, and reporting to enable governance, contracting, and performance tracking across ~800 vendors.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, or application configuration.
Hands-on QuickBase experience required.
Experience with QuickBase tables, relationships, forms, roles, reports, dashboards, and automations.
Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, visuals, and scheduled refresh.
Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, lookups, pivots, and validation.
Experience with data cleansing, de-duplication, and migration prep.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and administer QuickBase applications for the vendor lifecycle.
Configure tables, relationships, forms, roles, permissions, reports, views, and dashboards.
Build vendor profiles and lifecycle data structures.
Develop vendor taxonomy and tagging across type, category, scope, and line of business.
Create enhanced intake forms and workflows to reduce duplicate data entry.
Develop automations, notifications, and workflow triggers.
Design Power BI dashboards using QuickBase data sources.
Develop data models, DAX measures, visuals, and scheduled refreshes.
Create executive-ready dashboards and reports.
Ensure consistent reporting definitions across teams.
