Vendor Item Support Coordinator

The Vendor Item Support Coordinator assists in delivering accurate data for item setup via vendor portals and forms. Maintaining data integrity is crucial, impacting all departments. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure products are accurately described and displayed.

This position requires attention to detail, independence, and teamwork. Responsibilities include:

  1. Entering product/item setup accurately in vendor portals and maintaining related documents.
  2. Supporting adherence to vendor portal guidelines, including Meijer, JCP, Kohl’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s, HEB, Fred Meyer, Kroger, and Walmart portals.
  3. Communicating with production teams regarding product information.
  4. Completing buy plans with required UPCs.
  5. Attending line assortment, cut, and sold meetings as needed.
  6. Performing additional duties to support company operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College degree or 1 year of work experience, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and system functions.
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to change and a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
