Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Claims Investigator to coordinate investigations of vendor claims, gather facts, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements. The role involves contacting claimants, vendors, and internal teams, updating CRM records, and supporting settlement processes to mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in compliance or claims administration, strong fact-gathering skills, and solid MS Office experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years compliance administration or claims administration experience.
• Diplomatic gathering, review and reporting of facts.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate investigations involving vendors, gather facts and review information.
• Contact claimants to obtain details supporting their claims.
• Inform vendors of claims and request supporting documentation.
• Update CRM with claim information and status reports.
• Assist in generating settlement agreements and obtain signed copies.
• Obtain W-9 forms and update CRM as needed.
• Process payments or deductions when required and coordinate calls with stakeholders.
• Meet with supervisor weekly to review workload and goals.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and support miscellaneous projects.
