We are seeking a program coordinator to own the vendor onboarding and renewal process, coordinate integration workflows, and maintain up-to-date program documentation, ensuring a smooth experience for vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of operations, vendor management, or billing experience with strong project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet plus advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to spot trends and turn them into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the certified vendor onboarding and renewal process, ensuring a smooth experience for vendors and customers.
• Coordinate integration workflows, maintain scorecards, and keep program documentation current.
