Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Vendor Business Manager to lead multi-vendor GTM strategies and drive category profitability. You will establish partnerships with key vendors and work to maximize platform engagement and data-driven value through Xvantage.

The role requires exceptional negotiation, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the platform industry to deliver vendor management and category success. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• MBA preferred (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• Minimum five years functional experience including at least three years in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy for the category/vendor set, including sales, marketing, pricing and inventory tactics.
• Possibly manage a single vendor or category of vendors.
• Overall P&L responsibility for the assigned vendor or category.
• Influence strategy for the category through deep tech and vendor knowledge.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors as primary contact.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand portfolio.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and contracts.
• Report and inspect vendor performance to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns to drive results.
• Apply market insights to stay informed on trends and customer needs.
