Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year combination of higher level programming and/or systems analysis and design experience.
• Masters Degree may substitute for two years of programming experience.
• Experience with vendor managed applications and vendor relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor software development lifecycle and project development cycle.
• Ensure vendor compliance with IT contracts and policies.
• Coordinate with business partners and vendors to implement enterprise-wide systems and test plans.
