Job summary

BOSS Facility Services is seeking a Vendor Development Recruiter to join our Vendor Development Department in New York City. This full-time, on-site role requires professional demeanor, impeccable communication, and the ability to handle a diverse workload with grace.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and customer service is essential; training is provided for our in-house software and vendor management processes. Typical hours are 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor and impeccable communication (written, verbal, listening).
• Customer service experience and energetic attitude desirable.
• On-site role with MS Office 365 training provided and in-house software training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to understand client needs and ensure timely service requests.
• Locate, recruit, and qualify vendors across trades and locations to meet client needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive vendor database and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Negotiate rates and terms with new and existing vendors by trade and region.
• Resolve vendor account issues and update vendor profiles as needed.
