Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management or related field, or equivalent.
• 7 years of relevant experience including performance frameworks and process improvements.
• Proven ability to manage vendor performance and delivery risk.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle) and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor performance and operational trends to improve delivery reliability.
• Develop and govern the vendor operating model and governance framework.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and commercial models to guide sourcing.
• Create standardized pricing and value frameworks for vendor services.
• Establish QA/QC frameworks and reporting metrics for quality and integrity.
• Set performance dashboards to monitor vendor execution, schedule, and cost.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and standardization of execution practices.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase effectiveness.
