Job summary

Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Vendor Resource Management Data Analyst to analyze data, build dashboards, and support vendor performance reporting. You will collect and enter data, work with leadership, and provide operational insights to improve processes.

The role involves creating visualizations, reports, and data-driven recommendations while collaborating with IT and business teams to address vendor issues and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; 5 years may substitute education.
• Minimum 2 years of reporting and data analysis experience.
• Proven work experience in database creation/management, process reengineering, and project management.
• RHIA, RHIT and CCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely preparation of complex data analysis for monitoring and benchmarking of vendor performance.
• Develops and maintains education and job aides; produces data visualizations and dashboards.
• Works with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MicroStrategy and Power BI to prepare and format data for VRM presentations.
• Extracts, analyzes and interprets data to assess compliance risks and trends.
• Creates ad hoc and scheduled reports; supports IT to resolve vendor issues.
• Communicates status, barriers and successes to the Manager; participates in special projects.
