Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor development and contract administration to support service agreements.
• Prepare and amend contracts, track origination and termination dates, and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for compliance and reporting.
• Maintain contract files and related records, and generate periodic reports.
