Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, GIS, or related field.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in passenger operations or transportation planning.
• Demonstrated management ability with staff supervision and development.
• Experience with Versatrans routing and planning system

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Operations staff, ensuring adherence to policies and high service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, billing, and contract administration with vendors and internal teams.
• Implement safety rules and standard operating procedures; monitor performance and ensure QA.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
