Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Program Manager for Facility Services to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage supplier relationships in Bentonville, AR. The role focuses on optimizing parts sourcing, contracts, and service levels while enabling asset uptime and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple work streams, collaborate with Global Procurement, and leverage data to forecast spend and improve performance. A Bachelor’s degree and PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 4+ years in project management, compliance, operations management, or 4+ years in related area OR 6+ years experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive facility services initiatives and projects.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, SLAs, and supplier performance.
• Oversee program management lifecycle and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with Walmart Global Procurement and other partners to optimize suppliers and costs.
• Analyze data to inform asset condition, spend forecasts, and operational efficiency.
