The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in a similar role, strong data analysis and communication skills, and a proactive approach to corrective action to meet timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work beyond task-level execution.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily vendor delivery performance and address non-compliance issues before and at receipt.
• Partner with DC teams to resolve compliance issues and support smooth operations.
• Coordinate correction and rework of non-compliant product, assess costs, and process chargebacks.
• Serve as main point of contact for vendors, merchandising, and operations on compliance questions.
• Build strong vendor relationships and identify poorly performing vendors for corrective action.
