Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Vendor Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance Program. You will serve as a SME on the program, analyzing vendor performance, identifying issues, and driving data-driven recommendations to improve compliance.

You will collaborate with IPR, Merchandising, IT and other partners to implement changes. The role involves reporting responsibilities, engaging vendors to close gaps, handling data sets, and leading projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience with EDI/B2B
• Retail experience

Responsibilities

• 40% Research/address escalated items completely & timely. Resolution may require detailed research, analysis & collaboration with various internal Home Depot business or IT teams.
• 20% Proactively engage vendors to improve compliance performance via emails, phone calls or meetings.
• 20% Work with data to analyze vendor compliance and provide recommendations and solutions to potential gaps.
• 20% Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects related to compliance processes or system enhancements.
