Job summary

TD SYNNEX in the United States is seeking an entry-level Vendor Accounting Analyst I to manage a portfolio of vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and align balances with our partners. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.
• Good communicator with cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with financial systems.
• Within commuting distance to Greenville, SC with hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned vendor account portfolio and reconcile statements.
• Investigate and resolve variances, deductions, and unapplied items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution for credits and rebates.
• Prepare and route AP vouchers for review and approval.
• Monitor vendor receivables to prevent aging and financial impact.
• Maintain audit-ready account documentation and suggest process improvements.
• Build relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders through clear communication.
