Prime Time Healthcare - Vendor Account ManagerPrime Time Healthcare is searching for an Vendor Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. The Vendor Account Manager is responsible for the account management aspects of our Vendor Partners. They will be tasked with fostering those relationships and managing the entirety of the placement process with them. They will work efficiently to manage a high volume of candidates and clients alike.Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with Vendor Accounts
- Manage a high volume of submissions to multiple clients
- Work closely with recruiter to understand the pool of talent available
- Ability to provide clear and concise information to our Vendor Account Partners via multiple methods of communication (Email, Phone, etc.)
- Ability to articulate Prime Time Healthcare's Staffing Solutions and position ourselves against other market competitors
- Internal communication with sales team to market facility openings and assess staffing trends
- Accurately update all billing and compliance documentation within CRM
- Ability to communicate the entirety of the sales process with clients to develop ongoing partnerships
- Work closely with recruiters to understand the pool of talent available for placement
- Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and clients alike
Qualifications:
- Experience in related field preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service experience preferred

- Experience preparing presentations and data sets via Excel and PowerPoint
