Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Vending Department. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with bonuses and benefits including $500 sign-on, $500 after 6 and 12 months, plus PTO and holidays.

The role focuses on day-to-day vending operations, order processing, refunds, and customer communication. This position is based in Honolulu, HI and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Count and reconcile vending route cash vaults.
• Support day-to-day vending department operations.
• Reconcile inventory for vending routes daily and accurately.
• Process daily orders for all vending routes in Encompass and Seed systems.
• Research and process vending refunds.
• Maintain vending KPI reporting standards and goals.
• Process monthly vending commissions analysis.
• Answer and route customer calls to the proper party.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and day-to-day clerical tasks.
