Berkshire Production Supply LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tool and MRO vending machines at customer sites. Some travel and onsite visits are required to support deployments and service.

The role involves remote support from the facility, responding to calls, logging service tickets, managing inventory, and coordinating with sales teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO vending machines.
• Answer and respond to calls daily while logging service tickets.
• Maintain inventory for each machine remotely and onsite as required.
• Communicate with customer personnel in a timely, professional manner.
• Respond to replenishment demands and expand product lines in VMI programs.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Sales Manager, and VMI Manager on accounts.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule.
• Travel: 20%.
