The starting wage for this position is $19.23/hr + uncapped commissions, offering competitive pay and performance-based earnings in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles directly to dealers and negotiate for optimal pricing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealer accounts.
• Finalize deals and process all required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure the car lot is presentable and manage back-flow inventory.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Travel as needed and work remotely in a hybrid capacity.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through self-driven effort.

What You’ll Do:

• Dealer Sales: Sell vehicles directly to dealers and negotiate for optimal pricing
• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealer accounts
• Sales Transactions: Finalize deals and process all required paperwork accurately
• Lot Oversight: Ensure the car lot is presentable and manage back-flow inventory
• Business Development: Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Travel and Remote Work: Travel as needed and work remotely in a hybrid capacity
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales goals through self-driven effort
