Job summary

Holman is seeking an Installation Mechanic for our Upfitting division in Blue Mound, TX. The role focuses on installing new aftermarket equipment on vehicles, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the installation process.

You will work a 6:00am–2:30pm shift, Monday through Friday, with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and holidays. A valid driver’s license and basic hand/power tools are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience or current enrollment in an accredited technical school.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Understand electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Install new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles in a Safety-First environment.
• Improve product quality for appearance and safety for customers.
• Work in a high-paced environment with production incentives and piece rate.
