Holman Enterprises is seeking an Installation Mechanic for our Upfitting division in Blue Mound, TX. You will install aftermarket equipment on new vehicles, prioritize safety and quality, and work in a high-paced environment with production incentives.

A valid driver's license and ability to use hand and power tools are required. 1-3 years of related experience or current enrollment in a technical program is preferred, and you will be tested for safety and background compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience or current enrollment in an accredited Technical School.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Understand electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Install new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles in a Safety-First environment.
• Test installed parts prior to final inspection and reference Work Order for placement and orientation.
• Communicate suggestions and errors to relevant departments for process improvement.
