Job summary

Road & Rail Services in Twin Oaks, PA is hiring dependable Vehicle Unloaders to join our team, unloading newly manufactured vehicles from railcars and moving them to staging and parking areas within the facility.

This active, hands-on role involves driving vehicles off railcars, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather; prior railroad experience is not required, only a valid driver's license and safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and remain physically active throughout shift.
• Safety-conscious and reliable in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive new vehicles off railcars.
• Move vehicles to assigned staging and parking locations.
• Follow designated driving routes and site traffic procedures.
• Maintain safe speeds and proper spacing between vehicles.
• Enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage before and during movement.
• Wear all required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with vehicle-handling duties as needed.
