No prior railroad or automotive experience is required; candidates should be reliable, learn quickly, and commit to safe practices while supporting rail and automotive logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a safety-first mindset and comply with all safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail in loading, securing, and inspecting vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive new vehicles from production or staging areas to parking locations.
• Load vehicles into railroad cars according to loading procedures.
• Position and secure vehicles for safe transport.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after movement.
• Follow routes, speed limits, and facility traffic rules.
• Maintain safe spacing between vehicles during movement and staging.
• Enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day.
• Communicate with supervisors about workflow or safety concerns.
• Follow customer instructions and company safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Attend required training and safety meetings.
• Perform other vehicle-handling duties as needed.
