Job summary

Pacific Rail Services is hiring an entry-level Railroad Auto Unloader at the Walkertown, NC terminal to unload new automobiles off railcars. No experience is required, and training is provided.

The role offers flexible working hours and requires applicants to have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy loads. Benefits include medical coverage, paid holidays, 401(k), and additional perks.

Qualifications

• No GED or high school diploma required.
• Must pass a 7-year background check and drug test.
• Must not be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Unload automobiles off of railcars using mechanical lifts.
• Work flexible hours on first shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during unloading.

Skills

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs

Flexibility for varying start and finish times
