Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service. RTS training required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process vehicle title applications and registrations with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and document transactions daily.
• Sort and process documents for vehicle titles and registrations.
• Attend required training modules and cross-train in other sections.
