Job summary

Camping World in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Title Clerk responsible for handling motor vehicle title records, processing legal documents, and ensuring state-required filings with accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage title acquisitions from owners, lien payoffs, title transfers to dealers, and inventory titling using IDS Accounting System, while staying organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years title work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of title requirements across states is helpful.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of loan origination and state tax codes is essential.
• Understanding of multi-state sales tax.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Process acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Make lien payoffs.
• Handle title transfers to receiving dealerships.
• Ensure accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles.
• Record and maintain inventory on IDS Accounting System.
