Camping World in Colorado's Longmont area is seeking a Title Clerk to manage motor vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents. You will handle title acquisitions, lien payoffs, and transfers to the receiving dealership while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in title work, and knowledge of state title requirements. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in title work.
• Knowledge of state title requirements across the U.S.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions.
• Knowledge of State Tax Codes and multi-state sales tax.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Process the acquisition of titles from original owners
• Make lien payoffs
• Title transfers to the receiving dealership
• Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles
• Record and maintain inventory on IDS Accounting System
