Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of title work experience required.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements across states is helpful.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions and state tax codes is required.
• Understanding multi-state sales tax is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IDS Accounting System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Make lien payoffs.
• Title transfers to receiving dealership.
• Ensure accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles.
• Record and maintain inventory in IDS Accounting System.

2+ years’ title work experience
