Job summary

NextGear seeks a Supervisor to lead a group of Business Service Specialists responsible for high-volume title processing and shipping for internal and external clients. You will mentor each team member, set performance goals, and ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.

You will coach on communications, manage daily operations, maintain documentation, and drive training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in related field with BA/BS and 4+ years’ experience, MA/MS and 2 years’ experience, or Ph.D and up to 1 year experience.
• Ability to work under limited supervision, exercising judgement on advanced and complex issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be or be willing to become an Indiana Notary.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve issues raised by team members in TMS queues, Perceive, ServiceNOW tickets, or other sources.
• Review and coach on outgoing communication to internal and external clients.
• Manage daily administrative operations including work priorities, scheduling, attendance policies, policy compliance, and productivity.
• Maintain and update departmental process and procedure documentation.
• Create and maintain departmental training documentation.
• Train and schedule training for new or existing team members.
• Lead daily team meetings to keep department on target with goals.
• Work with peer Supervisors on title process issues and operations.
• Stay up to date with relevant US title information and coach staff accordingly.
• Review department metrics and reports to identify issues and report solutions to leadership.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance and conduct evaluations.
• Produce coaching reports for staff.
• Collaborate with Director to troubleshoot and enhance TMS and Perceive systems.
• Handle additional tasks and special projects as requested.
