Job summary

NextGear seeks a Supervisor to lead a team of Business Service Specialists handling high-volume title processing and shipping for internal and external clients. You will set performance goals, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.

The role requires oversight of training, attendance, and daily operations, with a Monday–Friday 10AM–7PM schedule. A minimum of 4 years in a related field is expected along with strong Microsoft Office and CRM system

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle complex issues.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve issues from team members across queues and tickets.
• Coach Specialists on outgoing communication to internal and external clients.
• Manage daily department operations, priorities, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Maintain departmental processes and training documentation.
• Train and schedule onboarding for new and existing staff.
• Lead daily team meetings and coordinate with other departments on process issues.
• Monitor titles information and update reports for performance improvements.
