Job summary

Brunswick Toyota, powered by Lithia, is seeking a Title and Registration Lead to support the Dealership Accounting team in an on-site Brunswick, NJ office. You will submit service and warranty contracts, process new car purchases, and manage lien payoffs with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2+ years of auto industry experience.
• NJ DMV processing experience is preferred.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit service contracts and warranty contracts.
• Process new car purchases and dealer trades.
• Record used car purchases and process lien payoffs.
• Handle cash receipts and vendor invoices payments.
• Post to intercompany accounts and manage FTC reconciliations.
