Brunswick Toyota, powered by Lithia, is seeking an on-site Title and Registration Lead in the Northeast Finance Center. You will support dealership accounting operations, submitting service and warranty contracts, processing new and used car purchases, lien payoffs, cash receipts, vendor payments, and intercompany postings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in auto industry roles, with NJ DMV experience preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of auto industry experience.
• Experience with NJ DMV processing or customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Submit service contracts and warranty contracts.
• Record new car purchases and dealer trades; record used car purchases.
• Process lien payoffs and cash receipts; manage vendor invoices.
• Perform regional check runs and FTC reconciliations; post to intercompany accounts.
