Job summary

Patriot Motors is seeking a detail-oriented License & Title Clerk to process title, registration, and license plate paperwork for both new and used vehicle transactions. The role requires meticulous review of deal jackets and timely submission to state agencies.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of dealership title procedures, experience with DMV requirements, and proficiency with common dealership software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of dealership title and registration procedures preferred.
• Experience with DMV/SOS title and registration requirements is strongly preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles.
• Review deal jackets for accuracy and ensure all required documents are complete before submission.
• Submit title, registration, license plate, and lien documents to state agencies.
• Maintain title and registration logs and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with audits and provide title and registration documentation as requested.
