Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately board collateral loan data to host system.
• Ensure all liens are fully secured on each collateralized loan and maintain documentation.
• Perfect, maintain, and release bank lien positions promptly.
• Audit title processing for vehicle purchases.
• Research lien placements and terminations under supervision.
• Stay current with title, vehicle registration, and regulatory changes and communicate them to colleagues.
• Provide guidance to affiliate banks and dealers on collateral maintenance.
• Process titles for newly financed vehicles and match titles to loan files.
• Apply state vehicle laws to protect the bank's security interest.
• Assist with electronic title processing and UCC filings as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with secured installment collateral processes.
