Job summary

Bristol Ambulance (Part of EMED Group) is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in Bristol. You will keep the ambulance fleet safe and reliable, performing diagnostics, routine servicing, and repairs to high standards.

Working hours are 08:00-16:00, five days per week, with on-site parking and a dynamic work environment. We offer £42,000 per year, ongoing training, a company pension, 28 days holiday, and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician qualification required.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a large fleet.
• Carry out diagnostics across a range of vehicles to identify faults.
• Complete routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide out-of-hours support as part of a rota system.

Bristol Ambulance (Part of EMED Group) have a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our team based just off the feeder road in Bristol.

The role will be providing essential frontline ambulance services, patient transport, and event medical cover.

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to help keep our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to respond. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoy a varied working environment, we’d love to hear from you.
