Job summary
Fields Auto Group is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers. You will assist on the service drive, troubleshoot vehicle technology, and master product knowledge while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Demonstrate patience explaining tech features, engage guests with hands-on practice, and collaborate with the Cadillac delivery specialist to ensure smooth post-delivery support across NE
Qualifications
- Clean driving record.
- Enjoy working with people and technology.
- Patience explaining technical vehicle features to guests.
- Willingness to travel across NE Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist on the service drive to resolve concerns about vehicle technology issues.
- Troubleshoot vehicle technology and system features.
- Master product knowledge on all vehicles.
- Provide an exceptional experience in all guest interactions.
- Determine best teaching method for each guest and encourage hands-on practice.
- Ask effective questions to get to root cause and personalize explanations.
- Partner with Cadillac delivery specialist to share common concerns after delivery.
- Provide backup to the Cadillac delivery specialist and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Use resources and applications to assist in technology information support.
