The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Systems Engineer, with knowledge in systems engineering lifecycles and safety workflows. Compensation includes a salary range of $186,000 - $223,000 per year, plus stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace, autonomous vehicle, or advanced automotive settings.
• Experience tracking safety workflows like SFMEAs and ISO 26262 compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex hardware/software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage Program's Requirements and ensure strict deadlines are met.
• Drive SFMEA lifecycle and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Change Control and manage Engineering Change Requests effectively.
