Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Systems Engineer in relevant fields.
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with SFMEAs, DFMEAs, FTAs, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the release train, maturity lifecycle, and governance for System Technical Specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, track open action items, and ensure safety mitigations.
• Build and maintain the master dependency matrix linking multiple teams.
• Lead the program management of Engineering Change Requests.
• Define and track health metrics of the Systems Engineering team's deliverables.
