Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant work experience. Or MS + 4 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Terrific communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs the full range of Vehicle Operations Training duties for an assigned region or product areas.
• Partners with Curriculum Development to prepare online and written training materials.
• Works with subject matter experts to design training aligned with learning outcomes.
• Executes and shares best practices for instructor training and performance.
• Ensures effective delivery of training and solutions to achieve high competence.
• Contributes to development and review of new training materials based on feedback.
• Measures training content effectiveness and delivery.
• Consults with business leaders to assess training needs and drive results.
• Directs implementation of curriculum standards, policies, and procedures.
• Translates organizational culture into training mechanisms.
