Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting issues, explaining services, scheduling, and maintaining detailed service records. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and valid driver’s license; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

** Compensation (Draw / Commission):

• Performance-based earnings range: $80,000 to $150,000+ / year * Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.
