Responsibilities

• Create and process repair orders accurately and review documentation before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and ESP claims and obtain approvals.
• Handle service payments and cash management with precision.
• Balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
